    "My neighborhood is close to everything and super cute! I can walk downtown in 5 minutes! 3 colleges surround the neighborhood and we have the most beautiful park at Stephens Lake with only a 10 min walk to get there "

These resources bring an influx of college students, young professionals, highly educated middle aged families with kids, and diverse people from around the world. The landscaping is always kept up and all of us who live by the lake all seem to be “outdoor people”. During the summer., it’s common to see the streets almost crowded with walkers and joggers—even a few bikers. (Along with all the dogs, of course)"
