"I have a summer home here but currently I am living in it full time and quite enjoying it. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly."
  • Dorisargent
"There are nice parks, a camp ground, the beach, and many events that happen in the summer that are fun. "

"Many people have dogs here, it is a very small community about 1300 people on a little exclave off of Canada. But it still belongs to United States."
  • albcusa
"I moved here May 1st. 2013. So far it is a great place with a diverse US and Canadian population. If you come by car you will have to go through Canada to get here. When you cross the border It will take you back in time at least 50 years or so. It is to Vancouver, Canada what the Hamptons are to New York. Except for the price tag of course. I have named it Canada, USA. Water on 3 sides and a very old "Temperate Rain Forest" The very fresh cool air will take some adjustment for the average city people. And the people are very open and un pretentious. All levels of backgrounds and economic levels. Be prepared for a new adventure in lifestyle. Try it , you may just like it."
  • Tinman
"The natural beauty, gentle climate, and lack of jobs, growth, and limited retailing keep this border town blissfully livable"
