4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen a child is in elementary school, they do great in special ed. As you go up in grades, they fail the kids. they don’t have the classes or resources to fulfill their needs. They are more focused on saving money than they are spending it for special-needs or sending kids out of district when they need it. They want parent involvement on the fun stuff, but when a parent takes an interest in their child’s education, they fight them every step.Parent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Pemberton Twp High School

He graduated one year early and went on to Rowan University and Finished with a Masters Degree in Science at the age of 20. He currently works for Lockheed Martin. If it wasn't for the Education that He received at Pemberton Township High School he wouldn't be where He is today. He study in the STEM program that prepared HIm for His future. "Browns Mills is a nice place to live and raise a family. The schools are adequate and the neighborhood are friendly. There is not a lot to do for older kids, so get them involved in some type of afterschool programs"

"Not many community events but the carnival and fall festivals were both nice. This area does not offer much for youth. "

"There are many parks and trails. Everyone is friendly and parents allow their kids to be outside! It’s great to see kids playing outside and off devices. "

"Block parties in town, events for kids during Halloween, schools are good. The police force is always out keeping us safe."

"Convenient for base commuting, but crime and drug use are high in this small town. Would not buy a home here unless absolutely necessary, or until the township cleans up this town. "

"Want to be secluded from all the noise and have local fishing and farms near by? This is is! ATV places to ride and open roads for motorcycle riders, minutes away from multiple beaches! Come join the sandy pits of Pemberton and check out the recreation for the area! "

"Dog owners would not like knowing that there are no sidewalks in our neighborhood. However, dog owners would like knowing that small groups of dog owners get together to walk their dogs at a nearby park."

"The neighbors on my street look out for one another, children AND pets. We keep our street clean & help each other during times of need like when the power goes out or get a flat tire. We check to see if anyone needs anything from the grocery store."

"Close to stores and has an easy commute with public transportation. Supermarket down the road and many different places to eat near by. Has animal services near by as well as churches, schools, and police stations. Fire and police Are very responsive and are very active in the area. "

"All of the undercover Racist people in the neighborhood. A lot of people here also complain about their neighbors. There’s no sidewalks in certain parts of presidential lakes which is dangerous for children I personally think."

"I have lived here for 20 years. It’s quiet in most areas and family oriented. Most people who come stay for long periods of time. Nice neighborhoods as well "

"It’s very friendly and quiet for walking a pet around here. I regularly see four or five people who happily walk their dogs every day. The neighborhood is woodsy and unkempt on one side, but well groomed on the other. Both sides are going to be havens for the little sniffer. Lots of deer and animals to smell. "

"We have neighborhood dinners, movie nights and occasionally have community flea markets. The township throws a trick or treat (a somewhat of a Halloween party) for children for Halloween. And the community has their annual Christmas tree lighting."

"Pedophiles live around the area, small town with drugs and homeless people. Most people will not bother anyone or rob you but murders have been happening more and more here. Lots of bugs, mosquitoes especially. Lots of lakes around, close to the beaches, and in between NY/PA. "

"This is a decent place for families to start, but not the best place to settle if you’re looking for children to have lots of opportunities. The neighborhood is safe, but there isn’t much in the way of nearby entertainment. I wouldn’t even say there are parks available for recreation without having to drive. Decent, but not the best place."
