    This is an amazing parcel of land. Within the city limits, it feels like you are miles away. Still have a lot of farmable flat land along with some beautiful sloping treed section. Both parts have an amazing view. One is of 5 mile knoll the other is of the city and the entire white mountain chain. This is a rare piece of land. Originally it was a 37 acre, the owner sectioned off 5 acres for his grandfather to build on. The entire area uses solar. A number of non traditional built homes. Straw bale, dome, sips panel homes.       "Some dogs in this neighborhood can be aggressive and some dogs do not have leashes and are left to roam around. It is best to drive around the neighborhood first to see what parts to avoid. But overall it is a great neighborhood and I love taking my kids on walks with my dog. "

      "There is nothing to do for anyone in this area. You want grass you have to irrigate. The schools if your not LDS your kids will not get anywhere. You cant get any fruit trees for the wind will blow all the blossoms off. Planting is not good. You have no rights if cattle break onto your property. The winds are so bad that you cant have your windows open your food tastes like dirt and sand. The wind will also sand blast your vehicles."
