    About this House

    Zoning completely open to whatever but zoned for home right now. I am the Saline & Pulaski County line and Pulaski County has in their plans to run a 4 lane but possibly a 2 lane Highway across my north property line connecting West Baseline in Little Rock to Springhill Rd. in Bryant (the way a crow flies approx. 2 miles) to alleviate the traffic 430/30 interstate exchange. This will give u approx. the last 2 1/2 blocks of road frontage leaving Pulaski county entering in Saline County when and if they complete this. To have the 30 acres rezoned the zoning commission told me it would cost one survey which goes to the zoning commission and $10.00 at the zoning commission and the the head of zoning is the ones that approves or whatever. Directions from Little Rock or Benton area Hwy 5 to Springhill Rd. (where US pizza is in Bryant) head north on Springhill (away from I-30) go approx. 5 miles until you see Pamela Way turn right onto Pamela Way. Go approx. 1 to 1.5 miles as the road slightly curves right then left he road will eventually make a big left turn (Fletcher Road) which is someone's drive way on your right (in the sharp left). If you stop your car before turning I own 30 acres right behind the 3 homes sitting right in front of u. Seems like their back yards are 30 to 40 feet deep then my property starts. Easement is on the far left next to the gated community but no road is there. That is where I would have entered if I built on it. Leaving all (pine and hardwood) timber on it and land is slightly rolling hills. It makes a square approx. 30 ft behind those homes. The land last perked in the 90's. Mineral rights go with it. Last I heard they were hitting wells (water) about 7 to 10 ft down but don't take my word for that. No utilities on the property at this time. Will consider financing and or possibly splitting in to 2 15 acres pieces.
