3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am absolutely blown away by the bad reviews I have read for this school. I have a 5th grader currently attending, and a 8th grader who went there from pre-k thru 5. I can say that I agree with bad reviews prior to Mrs. Cain becoming principle. She has made such great changes to the school. I always brag about this school to everyone! I don't know what I'm going to do since this is the last year that I will be a part of this family. I can see where the parent involvment could be better, but who is really to blame there, the school or us as parents?! Realize that not everyone is meant to be a teacher, there are teachers who do it just for the pay check at the end of the day in every school system. I have been really blessed with having VIF (teachers part of the internation teaching program). I think the way they teach, lead and have discipline in their classroom is such a big differnece from teachers from the states because of where they got their degree and what they expect from their students. I am truely saddened that Ms. Veeras retuned home last year, and that this is Mr. Ferguson's last year. These are 2 exceptional teachers and the school will not be the same without them.Parent Review12y ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near Progress St.

"Most of this neighborhood is families, military, and older people. It’s typically pretty quiet. We’ve been here for 2.5 yrs and no issues. "

"Fayetteville, so far is good. They just need more sidewalks in their neighborhoods and they need to space out the houses a little bit more. They’re becoming too cluttered and crowded."

"Access to public transportation is adequate. Routes run on time on the hour. Routes are well connected and touch on all the points of interest in Fayetteville. It’s a smallish to medium size town so it’s not much to get from one end to the other. "

"I like the area that I’m in right now. The only problem that I have is visitors come over here and visit people and they do a lot of smoking weed and marijuana behind the mailboxes and it’s very strong and you can smell it when you come out your front door."

"Be very choosy and picky for where you choose to live in Fayetteville. Drive around at night to see if you still feel the same about your probable choice. Not every area is the same or safe. The ones that are, are fantastic. "
