    Description

There are 4 parcels that comprise the 72.43 acres. This is a waterfowl enthusiasts dream, as well as you would be surprised by the amount of deer that venture through the land as well as hide out in the Tamarack's. All parcels have a building spot and all have perked in the past. You can purchase all the land and sell off a couple of the lots and keep the others if wanted. All sold together or separately. Property is zone agriculture and undeveloped. This land was developed and "donut ponds" were dug, which were built so ducks could nest in the middle and it would keep predators away.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"Beautiful country living and open spaces. Rural living but close to town for all the amenities. No leash laws."

"Nice friendly community, plenty of lakes for water activities...this town offers many festivals and events all year...nice shops, you can walk your dog at midnight throughout this town without fear!"

"I was raised on the chain o' lakes, and continue to reside on one of these beautiful connected lakes. The Waupaca/King area is a beautiful, safe, and very natural place to reside. The kind of people who live here, especially in the Chain O' Lakes area, are some of the nicest and most friendly people around. True to Wisconsin "stereotypes", Waupaca area residents will always go to the extreme to help a neighbor and a stranger just the same. This is a real "Downtown Town" at its core, and absolutely provides more than enough scenery and entertainment in its outskirting Chain O Lakes/King area. King is the link between Waupaca and the Chain, and provides a fun bars, great restaurants, and endless small shops along its main strip - just about 2 miles from this home. The Wheelhouse and Indian X-ing Casino are even closer, providing great lake-front pizza and weekend entertainment. A whole day (or more) can be spent blissfully cruising the lower Chain O Lakes, pontoon boating, water skiing, tubing, or by wave runner - with stops at Clearwater Harbor for dockside service, or swimming at Gov't Island's sandy shores. If you prefer motorless boating, kayak the upper Chain, and you are sure to see nature almost frozen in time, as our past natives once enjoyed. Dings Dock provides river trips right off Long Lake (which is viewed by this house) My in-laws have lived on Tammy Trail for over 2 decades and it is the perfect place to live year-round or seasonally. This home in particular is one of the most beautiful homes on the lakes, and it has view of a lake on either side - very rare to find. The lot is a nice size and the view is remarkable. The road is a dead-end, with only 3 homes immediately surrounding this one. If I had $1.6Million, this would be my house!!!"
