    • Annette Weigele
"My town is bicycle friendly but to get to a lot of fun & interesting places you need a car. Villas is a family oriented place, originally a sleepy fisherman community. Very close to many tourist attractions and restaurants and beaches."
    • Annette Weigele
"This used to be a sleepy, bayside fishing area, it is now a friendly family area that is very community oriented. I love living here."
    • Annette W.
"The bay and the parks are safe & well maintained. The library and recreation facilities are also clean and well maintained."
    • Lisa S. S.
"The bay ,, there are a lot of restaurants in the villas, ponderlodge is in the villas, it’s owned by the state and there’s loads of nature trails and ponds back there, it’s safe, no one bothers you,, it would be nice if they would put a few benches along the wAy, everyone removes their own trash, it’s a very clean place and lots and lots and lots of acres of wildlife."
    • Ebertkyrstin
"Driving is easy and the roads are narrow so neighbors patiently wait to drive by if a car is heading the opposite way. Easy to commute to work. Walking my dog is fun, although there aren’t sidewalks so it can be tricky to find places for him to walk safely out of the way. A great neighborhood. "
    • Capemay
"We have lived in this neighborhood since 1961. It was our summer home; my parents home and now our part time home. Much has changed but the people here are hard working and friendly"
    • Capemay
"Neighbors look out after one another. Nice sense of community. Most residents work hard to maintain their property"
    • Jaleesa B.
"Schools are great. Nice parks. Close to the zoo and wildwood boardwalk. Also close to different beaches. "
    • Richard Widmeier
"I have not only owned a home and lived in Villas, NJ since 2011, I work here as a realtor. Lower Township has done a good job of keeping taxes down and services high. But the best part is the beach along the bay and our spectacular sunsets!"
    • Anthony Vetrano
"Great place to live or vacation. People are friendly, neighbors care & the beaches are great. Close to Wildwood and Cape May and of course the best sun sets in the world"
    • L.
"quite street, close to the bay, great park close by, friendly area with few year round residents. overall a pretty good place to live "
    • Anthony Vetrano
"Great place to live or summer home...walking the beach is the best...people are friendly and short distance to Cape May"
    • Lisa S. S.
"I have lived in the villas,, for 2 years now,, I heard a lot of bad things throu out the years,, but I haven’t seen anything wrong in the last couple of years on my street,"
    • Julznoelle
"Families of all ages and cultures. A lot of children compared to other towns in the county. Stores in walking distance."
    • behnke_022
"It is close to the bay and beaches. The homes are in need of remodeling and some upkeep. As the neighborhood turns over many new owners are brining their homes to a new standard. "
    • Matt
"the area is a good place to live for single people, a summer house or retired people.. It's a seasonal town, so the jobs disappear in the winter time. The schools are not good. The locals are somewhat rude and distant. In the summer there's tons of activity, the bay is very close and the beaches are a short drive and great fishing and crabbing.. The housing is cheaper then in the resort towns along the ocean.. The sunsets are beautiful over the bay almost every evening. "
    • Mellissa A.
"Great vacation spot or residence. Quiet street just steps away from the relaxing Bay. Amazing sunsets & quiet beach."
