I absolutely LOVE this school as well as my son. He’s in kindergarten and loves his teacher. This schools shows so much dedication to our child and teach them love and respect. They have so many great programs available for them it amazing! Thank you so much Pine Island Elementary keep up the great work!! Can’t find another school like them who care so much about their safety and future for our children!!

"32 years. Safe and convenient to pharmacies, grocery stores, gas stations and churches. Snowbirds come and go. Quiet with beautiful palm trees, pine trees and mango trees in almost every years. Sea grape trees and frangipani abound."

"No matter what you need, you can usually find it on the island. You still need a car for the most part because the island is pretty big, but I walk to a lot of places."

"You need to have a car if you’re going off the island on the island you can use a golf cart or a bicycle to go to all the local restaurants and to the grocery stores"

"This is old Florida with no traffic signals, just one four way stop, one grocery store, two gas stations, and no public beach. A quiet community! "

"Wide open spaces and lots of other dog owners. There is quite a bit of mwildlife in the area which can be a problem."

"No public transportation. Commute downtown is about 30 million minutes. Bokeelia is very quiet secluded, a bit of a drive to movies, activities, etc."

"We are surrounded by palm tree farms and water ways with an abundance of wild life. There is a safe sidewalk the runs from one end of the island to the other. "

"I walk my two dogs 2-3 times a day. I often see others out walking or in their yards. There is a nice sidewalk along Stringfellow road. Everyone picks up after there dogs "
