This is a two bedroom DUPLEX with a balcony off of the kitchen over a one bedroom apartment. The Floors are solid and the stairs don't squeak or give way. The boiler and water heaters are recent. The bones of this house are fantastic. The walkway behind the house separates and area on the other side that can be used for a yard, garden, automobile storage or shed space. There is also a basement for storage etc. Houses sell themselves though and you know what a bedroom, bathroom and living room is already. You will make the home what you want it to be. Come put in an offer on a house that will be worth waaaay more in the near future because the Bronx is the final frontier in NYC. Don't take my word for it, ask around then call to schedule.
