My 10 year old has been flashed at by anther 10 year old which the school agreed to not leave these kids alone due to this happening the yar before. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average6TH GRADE UNIT WAS GREAT , EVEN HAVING TO ATTEND PART OF THE YEAR REMOTE THE TEACHERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MADE THEMSELVES ACCESSABLE FOR EXTRA HELP AND QUESTIONS EVEN THOUGH NO ONE WAS ACTUALLY IN THE CLASSROOM. 7TH GRADE YEAR SOME OF THE TEACHERS WERE HORRIBLE, THEY MADE IT CLEAR BY THEIR ACTIONS THAT YOU WERE NOT LIKED BY THEM IN THE CLASSROOM OR ON THE SPORTS FIELD. THERE WAS DEFINITIE FAVORTISM WITH THESE TEACHERS (THEY ALL STICK TOGETHER ) . THE COUNSELOR IN THIS BUILDING WAS JUST AS BAD . THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT BULLYING . GLAD MIDDLE SCHOOL IS ALMOST OVER ! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION .Parent Review3y ago5 Reviews - Kettering Fairmont High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school district is amazing from the elementary schools right up to the high school. I love that the students are split up into wings to make the large school feel more intimate and less intimidating. Don't let the size of the school scare you, it truly doesn't feel as big as it is and the size opens up a ton of opportunity for specialized classes and clubs. There wasn't any where near this kind of opportunity at the small school where I went. The teachers are top notch, the administration is amazing, I have nothing bad to say at all!Parent Review1y ago12 Reviews - Check out schools near Piper Ln.

"Consistently 20mins with a number of alternate routs if needed. 48 gets a little repetitive as main route to anything. "

"There are many families in this area, and a whole lot of great parks. There are always families out walking together and people taking their dogs for walks. "

"Centerville, Ohio, is a charming gem known for its rich history and welcoming community! One of its standout features is its collection of stunning historic stone houses—more than any other city in Ohio—giving it a unique architectural character. The town also boasts beautiful parks like Stubbs Park, where people can enjoy concerts and scenic trails. Plus, Centerville's vibrant sense of community shines through in its local events and friendly atmosphere. It's a lovely place to call home or visit!"

"Neighborhood has a lot of diversity in age groups. Quiet area that has ongoing improvements in quality of life. People are nice and welcoming to minorities which is a huge plus. Centerville police do patrol neighborhoods. Lots of family friendly activities in the outdoors which will feel like a private family moment."

"The commute is great because I’m close to the major highways. Makes commuting easy. The public transport system isn’t as developed as major cities. Definitely need a car"

"Can be difficult to commute depending on the time of day. Downtown CENTERVILLE during 8am or 5pm is very busy with kids getting out of school and people headed home from work. "

"Typical Ohio suburb. Virtually crime free. Very conventional population. Very few progressives. City is quick to fine you for putting your garbage can in the wrong place or parking a trailer in your driveway. High rated schools but no school choice like you get in a decent sized city. It's a safe place to live and a good place to invest but it's pretty boring. The parks and forests are gorgeous, but there's nothing else to do here besides go shopping."
