8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAcademically, this school performs well, but in my experience, academics seem to be the only priority. There appears to be far less concern for student well-being, communication with parents, and handling serious issues like bullying. When problems arise, communication is extremely poor. Calls and concerns often go unanswered, and there seems to be little accountability from administration. In situations involving bullying or student conflicts, I felt concerns were minimized, evidence was withheld, and issues were not handled transparently or effectively.School events are also very disorganized. Important information is frequently sent out at the last minute, sometimes less than 24 hours before an event or only within the same week, making it difficult for families to plan. The disciplinary approach also feels excessive. Rather than giving students a warning or opportunity to correct mistakes, punishment seems to be the first response. For example, during the first week of sixth grade, my child forgot a binder in their locker. Other teachers would not allow him to retrieve it, leaving him unable to complete classwork, yet he still received detention from multiple classes. Experiences like this created the impression that punishment is prioritized over guidance and support.I also believe the administration becomes defensive when concerns are escalated or investigated. In my experience, accountability and transparency have been lacking, and getting direct answers from leadership has been very difficult.Every parent’s experience may differ, but based on ours, I would encourage families considering this school to ask detailed questions about communication, bullying policies, student support, and disciplinary practices before enrolling.Parent Review1mo ago18 Reviews - New Manchester Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNew Manchester Elementary School is a very welcoming and supportive community. My children attended from K-5 and truly loved their experience. The teachers were visible, encouraging and passionate about their roles as educators. They always made the children feel included in every activity. It's a special school, and I'm proud to say my children are a product of New Manchester Elementary.Parent Review7mo ago15 Reviews - New Manchester High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a former student here and graduated in 2024. I was part of the choir in the FAME magnet program, and my little sister, who graduates in a week, is part of the band in the FAME magnet program. I would like to preface that everything that I am today is because of this program and I wouldn't change a thing, because it got me to where I am today and I am extremely proud of everything I have accomplished. Trey Giddens and Ashley Cleavland changed my life, and I would do it all over again if I meant I got to work with them. My little sister has been granted the opportunity to attend Berklee the School of Music because of this program and helped prepare her when applying. This program offers amazing things. However, to say the least, I am extremely disappointed in this school's administrative team that runs it. To make an extremely long story short, when I first joined the program, it was explained to me that once I became a senior, any leftover balance, in the positive, due to fundraising or excess payment, would be returned to me as a scholarship at the annual FAME awards. Granted, this could have been a different policy for the choir program than the band program. However, my little sister had $208 in excess funds that suddenly got transferred to the program's personal finances while my family was still under the impression they would receive it to help fund her future education. There have been several administrative changes since I was a freshman there, including a different magnet director every year for the past 6 years. The lack of documentation regarding finances and student expectation or accolades has been extremely neglected and needs serious attention. I know this review will do nothing to fix the situation my family is dealing in regards to the program, so my only hope is that this post will ring in someone’s ear and draw some attention towards the fact that Moffett shouldn’t be in charge of the programs finances and outside help may be warranted. Thank you for your time if you finished reading this. I'd like to reiterate that this program built me as a human and it's good for those who live for the fine arts. It just needs serious administrative reconsiderations.Other Review1mo ago27 Reviews - Check out schools near Pipemaker Blf.

"The people in this neighborhood are very friendly. They are always willing to help each other. If someone has a trade, that person will offer his or her service to other in the neighborhood. I have not lived in a neighborhood like this since I was a kid. The children still play together which is nice to see. Nowadays, kids don’t come out to play, but they do in this neighborhood. "
