"This area is pretty much isolated with the typical narrow winding road leading to waterfront homes. There are no play parks/walking parks. Entertainment would be considered fishing/water play/boating only. Small country shoppette for market with 15+ mile drive to banks, grocery stores, home improvement, discount stores. The neighborhood is geared toward those who enjoy quiet away from city life and hassle."
