4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two sons attending Celeste Henkel Elementary and we love this school so much that we’re waiting to move to avoid switching schools. The teachers seem to know every child (and even their parents/guardians) by name which makes me feel like my children are exceptionally safe. Communication is easy and prompt with teachers, and even the lunch ladies and the principal. The school feels like one close knit community and my children are excelling academically and even in after school sports! I can’t say enough good things about Celeste Henkel.Parent Review4y ago6 Reviews - West Iredell High School

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school is fake and nothing but lies i got suspended for taking up for myself cause a boy could not keep his hands off me and another boy was saying all the nasty dirty stuff he wanted to do to me but at this time it is illegal but when or if he could get me alone he was going to do stuff to me because of this my parents are talking about pulling me out of school i dont want no girl or boy to be a victim of rape because of this school there are good kids but there are really bad kids there too dont let the principal fool you with his smile its not a good school it would have been tho if someone would have showed up and done something while they had a chance but they didntStudent Review2y ago4 Reviews - West Iredell Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love it at this school. It is very equal to every one at West. The teachers here make it easy for students to learn and they help with ones that don't understand. It's the best school and if anyone says otherwise they are just jealous that their school isn't the best school ever.Student Review7y ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near Pine Tbd Unknown.

"Overall, the Statesville area needs a fully makeover and a lot of places. It looks really old rundown and needs newer homes and needs the older homes to get updated. It just looks overall very trashy everywhere."

"It’s a nice neighborhood but sometimes the neighbors can be a bit loud but they’re nice and they don’t bother you. Just a simple “hey, how’s your day going.” The commute isn’t far to store mostly about 10 minutes but 15 minutes max if you’re going to Walmart! "

"Living off I-77 exit 45 is convenient for several commutes around the area. In rush hour to Charlotte, between 7-9 it’s about an hour from here. If you go at 5:00am like I do, it’s 42 minutes. The new express lanes help. Get a transponder from NCQuickPass."
