    8.5 acres of land for sale in Pikeville, TN within Beaverdam Creek Estates. Located on the Cumberland Plateau, just 5 miles from Pikeville, 20 miles from Crossville and 65 miles from Chattanooga. County maintained gravel roads within development. Property already has driveway cleared, city water and electric run from the street, but no septic. Small creek runs through the property and larger creek runs along back property line. Property is level on left side, slopping down on the right side to the small creek. There is a 32' park style camper on the property along with an out house and shower house. Roof and floor on camper are fine, but does need some repair from water leak from a window a/c unit. Camper has stove/oven and refrigerator. Shower house hot water heater is not currently working. Large deck on front side of camper. This is a wonderful place to build a home or use as a weekend getaway, like we did. Time just seems to slow down on the mountain!

    Fall Creek Falls State Park is only a 15 minute drive from the property. There, you can enjoy golfing, swimming, fishing, picnicking, horseback riding, bicycling, rock climbing, hiking and sight seeing.
