"I feel like it’s a pretty safe place to raise kids. Lots of people riding bikes and pushing strollers in the summertime. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do in and around here that is free to do. More outside thing than indoor stuff."
    • Jean R.
"Close to town, yet with the privacy of the country. Everything I need is 5 minutes away. Even if I need a vacation, the State Park is here"
    • Jean R.

"Bay City and Bangor Township are the perfect location to live for people who live in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Close to major highways, travel for work is easy and fast. Schools rate well. The community has many parks and access to the beautiful Saginaw Bay! An extensive railtrail program makes biking enjoyable, easy and safe. Bay City's downtown and Midland Street business districts are great locations for specialty shopping, dining and entertainment. The year round calendar of special events is hard to beat. "
