9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe first day my child started as a transfer in October she was made to feel like a burden. The vice principal was rude to her when she was shy. The teacher was rude when I met her. My child made complaints of strange behavior and rude remarks toward the children. My child was bullied daily by the teacher and students. My child was singled out to not participate in a Christmas party because she hadn't been there long enough to meet the teachers requirements for reading points. The teacher made her cut a strap off her boot, ruining them, so she wasnt noisy in class. I transferred her out after Christmas break due to the unfriendly and outrageous rude behavior of the teachers, staff, and children at this school! Her first day back at her old school everyone was excited to have her back, gave her plenty of hugs and love. She refers to Eastside as the "bully school."Other Review10y ago6 Reviews - Rogers Heritage High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is the reason why I got my GED early, about 3 years ago now. The reason? The principal thought it necessary to give me a month long ISS for possibly the dumbest reason known to man. I didn’t attend my “Eagle periods” because I thought it very unnecessary and a waste of my time. They didn’t allow us to finish work from other classes, and also forbade doing any homework. The whole point was to just listen to your teachers lecture you about quite literally nothing. I had skipped Eagle period about 5 times and by the way this wasn’t even a main course class, therefore attendance shouldn’t have been required. But anyways the principal thought it was very serious and punished me harshly for it. As soon as I got ISS however, I walked out the school door and never came back and got my GED that following week and ever since then my life had gotten so much better. I’m now a business owner for a theater and I’m making way more than the principal is now. So thank you for teaching me how to be resourceful and make my life more successful than yours! I forgot his name and I don’t think that principal works there anymore but honestly good riddance.Other Review5mo ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near Pine Ln.

"We have sidewalks and are very close to the bike trail. Close to the Amp and Downtown. Our neighborhood is established with homeowners who generally care how their yards look "

"Dog owners would like the paved walking. Dog parks are also in the area that are divided by dog size, one side of the park is for big dogs, and the other side is for smaller dogs. Plus, there are community events that host dog costume contests. "

"I’ve been in Rogers since the mid 80’s and I’ve seen it grow from a sleepy little town to a bustling hub of activity and growth. The schools in Rogers are well maintained, the curriculum is strong, and the the amount of programs that are offered are robust. Eduction is important to the families that live in and around Rogers too. Also the parks in Rogers and the walking and biking trails are well maintained and they are being improved and expanded. There is a variety of housing options. Also, they are improving and adding roads to help alleviate congestion around Rogers. It’s great location, still has a small town feel but with lots of options and activities for all age groups. "

"Safe area to live in to raise a family. I enjoy my neighbors and being close to the downtown area. Sometimes the high schoolers leave trash and can be rowdy when driving, but that seems to be stopped fairly soon before it gets out of hand."

"Living by the lake, we live about 5 minutes from downtown Rogers. We travel to a nearby city to our south for work. The commute is long, but there are two efficient routes we can take. The traffic is generally easy to deal with making our commute better. Also, I love to drive through downtown Rogers each morning because it is so quaint. "

"It’s terrible. The neighbors are obnoxious, loud, and disrespectful (with the exception of one). It’s hardly ever quiet here. You can’t walk down the sidewalks because there are too many cars parked on them. The streets are often “one way” because of the same reason. I would not recommend this neighborhood. "
