    About this House

You will have a difficult decision to make when checking out these two lots--should I build near the top of the property to gain a view of Bull Mountain or go down toward the back of the property to have the benefit of wooded seclusion and the sounds of Anglin Branch? Either way, the wooded lots are secluded--but close to town--and have tremendous appeal. There is a road maintenance agreement ($250/lot per year) and limited restrictions for these lots. (Lot 42 has a recent perk test.) Check out Lots 41 & 42!
Pine Knoll Farms Loop, Stuart, VA 24171 is a lot/land. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate rent is $1,535/month.

"Very quiet, not a lot of activities for children. If you like rural living this is for you. That is a positive for many nowadays. "

"I’m not aware of any community events that happen in the area! It would be great if there were things, however I feel this is the safest area you could live! It’s beautiful also!!"
    • Jonequess
"It is friendly and pet friendly as well. When the stars come out at night during the clear skies are great in this quiet neighborhood."
    • Harry D. M.
"Stuart is a quiet small rural town in the mountains (think Mayberry :), and just beautiful views of the mountains everywhere. It's only a few minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway where we've taken advantage of loads of hiking trails, biking, and fishing. Stuart has a local park within walking distance of our house, and there is a great biking trail nearby - the New River Trail which is a "Rail to Trail" that allows horses as well as bicycles. Personally, we were looking for peace and serenity, and have a mountain creek in our back yard with little rapids and big rocks! We'll take that over nightlife any day of the week. Which brings me to the categories that I recommended for the area. I didn't include singles because of the nightlife thing, but from the standpoint of sports type activities, I might should have included them. I've walked a couple of trails and came to the conclusion that they were definitely for the young! "
