    Commuters dream of a private wooded lot at the end of dead end street on the Holden Worcester line. Easy access to 190 & 290. Great investment for a visionary builder. I've supplied a couple of picture ideas for this secluded lot. Gas main is on the street near 47 Piehl. Eversource said it would cost 25k to bring to the end of the street however if the 9 homes committed to converting they would most likely absorb cost.
