Belle Plaine Jr/Sr high school is an awesome school. They offer the usual classes plus the talented and gifted program. Their career services and school counselors work very diligently in order to prepare the students for college as well as giving them the opportunity to explore many career choices with hands on experience. They bring in professionals from both within and outside of the community to help with the process of choosing a career path. The teachers are well-educated, helpful and fair. The typical sports programs are offered by the school and community.

The staff and students at Longfellow have welcomed my daughter with open arms! It a smaller school so the office staff and others are great at remembering names -something we didn't experience at our daughters previous school.
