"Nothing, I relocated here because of my daughter’s job transfer. I don’t feel safe. They stole our packages off our veranda/porch. Many if the neighbors don’t clean their front yards or the their sidewalks. The city id dirty and they take forever to pick up bulk trash. Nit sure how long I will be here."

"I’ve been living here for 6 years and the neighborhood has changed since my first 3-4 years here. It’s getting to be a bit busy with traffic on the street. I won’t be here much longer. But my favorite neighbor is amazing! They help me a lot. "

"It’s a long commute to work good shopping and regular shopping. It is not enough that is close by to get to without having a car. It is not the absolute worst but it’s no way near the best either. This area needs a lot of improvement "

"This is a nice place to live, but there are some areas not good as in every neighborhood. Most of my neighbors are decent and friendly, the street is narrow, but we keep it clean enough. Sometimes you cannot find a place to park, before was less crowded. "

"Many people do not appreciate dog owners in this area. They do not follow the leash laws. They also do not clean up after their pets and allow them to deficate on everyone’s property. They leave dogs out in back driveways for hours on end barking and disrupting neighbors ( especially at night)"
