7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had depression and anxiety. What help did I get from counselors? None. Living with this constantly frustrated me, and when I tried to tell them they either thought i was faking or that I was making excuses to leave school early. But I will say, the teachers here are AMAZING!! I just wish they had more advanced classes, since I remember being very bored in class, learning things I had already done so before.Other Review1mo ago19 Reviews - Hillgrove High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you actually care about your students education and being involved DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! They celebrate mediocrity at every level. They will change an advance class name just to appease the parents who students don’t perform at that level but that only hinders the students because everyone IS NOT on the same level and the world will show them that. They play favorites and ignore the students who actually make great achievements who are AP Scholars that set the record for the HISTORY of their school and also the state of Georgia. They look over the real achievers of the school and the school board representative confirmed that that’s how Hillgrove operates. Who’s Who will not be done fairly instead of it being academic based it’s now a popularity contest! They don’t do changing of the chairs! This is by far the worst school we have attended and relieved that it is now over! Please make Hillgrove your very last option when it comes to your children’s education you will be highly disappointedParent Review11mo ago24 Reviews - Check out schools near Path.

"That’s a very safe area. I have three children, and they don’t have an issue at all. The only downfall that there is no public transportation for my children to write just in case they need to get around but besides that it’s a very nice area"

"Lots of parks around here. Depending on where you live the trains can be loud. Garrett road always floods from the creek. It’s mostly quiet and there’s people of all backgrounds and ages. "

"Powder Springs is one of the few cities in Cobb County that still have rural southern charm blended with suburban community. I am with an hour drive from Buckhead using surface roads. The library system is excellent too."

"My neighborhood is not close to public transportation. It is clean. Has low crime. The schools are good. Taxes are high (taxed by county and city). "
