8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former student at Wantagh Middle School, I've got a lot of good things to say. When I first moved up from elementary, I was a bit nervous about making new friends. But the school made it easy, and I made buddies who stuck with me even in high school. The school's got loads of clubs and sports, just as many as a high school. The teachers are awesome and really want you to do well. They help you get ready for higher education and make the switch to high school pretty easy.Sports at Wantagh Middle are top-notch. I got to be part of a cool team where coaches teach you about discipline and teamwork. These skills helped me a lot, even today.Looking back, I'm really grateful for my time at Wantagh Middle. The things I learned there, like hard work and sticking to it, helped me get where I am today. I totally recommend Wantagh Middle to anyone looking for a great middle school experience.Parent Review3y ago8 Reviews - Wantagh Senior High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIncompetent Administration. The Adminstration does nothing about bullying because they are bullies themselves and they target specific children. Horrible with accommodations. No diversity, very prevalent racism, the school is continuing to fight to use a native american as their mascot instead of adopting a wasp or any other type of animal. They don’t discipline children, allow students to come back and attend even after committing literal crimes, even against their peers.Other Review1y ago14 Reviews - Wantagh School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRaising twin boys can sometimes be a challenge and Mandalay Elementary School in south Wantagh was the perfect fit for us. They treated each of my sons as an individual and took the time to help them learn the skills they needed to grow into smarter, responsible little people! The teachers and kind, patient, and well-qualified in their vocation. They have a great balance of both senior teachers with lots of experience, and the newer generation of teachers who bring a wonderful level of enthusiasm.Parent Review3y ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near PARK Ln.

"Great commute due to proximity of the parkways and expressways. There are also multiple alternatives to get around when there is traffic during the work wee. But it’s a great place to live for multiple reasons in addition to the commute and access to the beaches, great shopping, etc. "
