9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former student, I guess I did pretty well. I was definitely not in the top 10% (or even top 25%) of my class but required no remediation in college. Now have earned a B.S. in Business from IU, as well as a J.D., and three other Masters. I felt the academics were more difficult than my college studies (except perhaps law school) I must say that the languages offered are fewer, but it is a good school.Other Review1y ago5 Reviews - Grandview Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter a few years of experience with multiple children, I will be leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. Pros: The administration is great. They are friendly, even though the office is constantly busy. The music teacher is fantastic. She is very good with children. What I have not liked is the overall lack of professionalism and communication from the teachers. In the last few years, I have not received one phone call from any of my children's teachers, even though there have been numerous issues that could have been resolved with a quick phone call. When issues have been brought to my attention, I was very disappointed in the arrogant attitude from the teachers. I heard similar complaints from a relative which makes me feel like it is a school wide problem. There should be a teamwork mentality, not a "I know better than you" mentality. It is unprofessional to blame the parents for every problem happening inside the classroom, instead of problem solving, using school resources, or calling for a parent conference. We are all on the same team.Parent Review11y ago8 Reviews - Lora L Batchelor Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a student, I feel that this school is great and all, but defintely needs some work. I don't see much family engagment, but that I feel is optional. Safety is fine, since they do have adequate security, but I do think that some, items need fixing. For example, the bike rack that not many people use is not attached to the ground. I think there are security cameras watching it, but that won't stop someone from stealing my fellow student's bikes. The curriculum experience depends on course selection, but based on my current experience and classes, the learning needs to motivate the kids into paying attention so that they can actually achieve something from the material. I have friends who have 3+ missing assignments just because they are bored in class and just want to mope through school.Student Review1y ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near Package Eagleview II.

"There are a lot of college kids that live here, myself included. It’s a great investment area, rents are jacked up and high demand but it’s a terrible place to raise kids and a family"

"I’m retired, I travel a lot to nearby towns and I attend church out of town. A car is imperative. My family lives 30 minutes away there is no bus line that would be helpful to me."

"I love being a dog owner in my neighborhood mainly because my dogs plays with all the neighbor dogs. They are buddies now to the point I even dog watch and have doggie dates to get energy out! No complaints in my neighborhood about dogs because they are all either friendly but stay to themselves or they are actually involved in our daily lives where they are our pups friend. Love it a lot."

"As long as you’re living on the part that’s no where near Acadia courts then you’re good. People also run the stop sign on the Allendale Winslow entrance so you have to be super careful there, and people drive pretty fast on Allendale . If you have kids make sure you have a fence and not close to the main road "
