    This lot is approximately 9,288 sqft with approximate dimensions of 60 feet along the street, and 160 feet along the western (mauka/mountain) edge and 150 feet along the eastern (makai/ocean) edge; not quite rectangular, according to real property tax maps (see photos). Exact location and area of the property to be determined by a licensed surveyor; Seller will not pay for staking/surveying.

    Water would be supplied by a water catchment system, and wastewater would be collected via septic system, both of which would need to be installed with any home built on the lot. On regular electricity with no SSPP fees; lot is located next to Pole #9, near the intersection of Opalipali and Hana St.
