"This is the reservation. The tribe needs the support of the taxpayers yet they do not want them here. This is the most unfriendly place to live if you are an outsider. The schools are fantastic. They have half the student to teacher ratio. Twice the annual allotment of dollars per student yet they are in the bottom 1% for test scores. "
