      "most dog walkers love it here. they have trash bins and bags specifically for dog walkers. very nice walking paths as well. "

      "no fences, dogs have to let out on ties. neighbors don't talk to outsiders. no help with anything. no understanding when another neighbors let out their dogs at the same time as you, they will get upset with you when dogs are let out at the same time. "
