CONVENIENT TO FREEWAY. 7/11 AND LIQUOR STORE 100 YARDS AWAY. ITS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE. GASOLINE IS HIGH. REAL-ESTATE EXPENSIVE. RENT IS HIGH. "
