"There are not really a lot of community events, but the neighbors are friendly. People are outside. All of the time kids are playing. It feels safe to walk around the neighborhood. It is a great family environment. For the most part yards are well-maintained and people care about their properties. It is not completely crime free. there have been random events, but not often."

"You need a vehicle because there is no public transportation. The roads are accessible as are the major highways. I drive approximately 40 miles to work daily. I absolutely love where I live in terms of the town and will look here for my next home as well."

"I have access to several routes to get to and return from work. Traffic is heavy during my commute. That causes it to take longer than I’d like each work day. I love it here so it comes with the territory."

"So easy to accesss freeway from the Northlake side of Canyon Falls. People complain about the commute, but this is nothing compared to the west coast and we get to be in a great community. Can't ask for much more."

"I have lived here for almost 5 years, love all of the amenities. Great dog park, community pool is incredible and everyone has a great time together. Lots of community activities."

"Saw a comment that Canyon Falls is having drainage issues? I have been a resident for 5 years thru all of the weird weather and NEVER had an issue. Love the community and neighbors, we are over in the Northlake part of the community. "

"They have doggie poop bag stations set up around the neighborhood as well as a dog park. And plenty of sidewalks and space to walk "
