"We Play basketball in the community sometimes. There are good cookouts at times I’m the community. To go to the movies you have to travel a few miles to a theatre. "
    • Trulia User
"There are parks which are accessible with in 5 blocks. However I don't see many pet owners walking in this area."
    • Trulia User
"Very narrow streets Inconsiderate drivers Parking is horrible And the traffic by the park is always heavy to get to Broad Street"
    • Trulia User
"The area is very clean , people mind their business and it’s very quiet around there I’m comfortable with having my child there without being nervous that something would happen "
    • Trulia User
"Easy commute but not a neighborhood I would want to live in. Especially to raise a family in. The neighborhood isn’t kept up by its residence. And the ones that care doesn’t get acknowledged for the work they try to achieve."
    • Martina R.
"Most houses have yards and there’s a huge park in the area. The area is pretty walkable but I recommend only walking during the day "
    • Mel
"Great commute to public trans, to get downtown can go in multiple ways, traffic, detour, no traffic. The neighborhood itself is just... not nice"
    • Enitsirhc40
"Very close to buses, subs and regional rail . Walking distance to the bus and sub. Only thing I don’t is you have to go downtown for transpasses if the kiosk machine doesn’t work "
    • Triston M.
"No parking, people leave dog poop in the middle of the street. People are always blasting music in the middle of the night. They save parking spots for each other. Most households have the minimum of 2 cars. They steal off your porch and dig through your garbage leaving a mess. "
    • Rita M.
"We have a park in the area. every weekend the park has something going on in it. Pool in the area football baseball basketball ext."
    • Willie A.
"its a lot gang banger and hoodlem around but other than that it a nice view it's a good community and envolment"
    • Jahaira C.
"all you hear is gun shots, crime and drugs all day long. always someone getting robbed. I wa t to move asap"
    • Leandro M.
"Nothing unique about this place . Alot of Drugs and violence . I gave up with this community a Long time ago "
    • Leandro M.
"Theres a big park On 9th they can run for hours . They would love to play and Jump in the vast Open fields "
    • Dharley80
"There is nothing unique about this neighborhood. The people hold parking spots and my car was stolen from around the corner from my house. Can’t wait to move "
    • Khalil C.
"Sports and gatherings and the people that are people’s persons that’s not afraid to interact with the neighbors "
    • Dharley80
"There has been no event since I’ve moved here. I barely know my neighbors. Not very neighborly might I say. "
    • Ijnanya J.
"You may step in poop its a lot of loose dogs in the area nobody picks up after they dog it’s always dog barking at night"
    • Kmallory29
"These percentages are absolutely not true. Be prepared for your car and or house to get broken into as a " welcome to the neighborhood" gift. Market not within walking distance and corner stores close early. Also a high number of sexual offenders per 4 block radius. And 2 half way houses blended amoung regular homes."
    • Veronica S.
"the commute can be challenging.theres different traffic hour. the mornings are crazy, the afternoon is hectic and around the evening slow some days. In between the hours of the day the commute is good"
    • The Ghost Who Walks
"I used to live on that street an I've seen two people get shot in the 5yrs living on that street,I was so glad when I moved. people will lie to get you to move here but don't listen to reason, there is so much drug trafficking around there also"
    • Martina R.
"There’s a huge park and most houses have decent sized yards. I mostly let my dogs out in the yard to potty but the park is walking distance away and is typically clean and safe enough for you and your dog to enjoy "
    • Khalil C.
"It has a lot of caring people.. it’s clean everyone attend the block parties and they celebrates the kids birthdays.. every one votes every year "
    • Felicia R.
"the area is great for transportation to anywhere in the city. not always easy to find parking close to most stores "
    • Steve R.
"the are is a good place to live at, there's plenty of bars, restaurants, bars, and much more places around. is a safe place. "
    • Trulia User
"Walking distance to the sub and bus. Walking distance to the nearest regional rail. Shirt ride to center city"
    • Triston M.
"lots of noise. no parking. very diverse neighborhood. very large park with playground. easy access to septa."
    • Trulia User
"This area is not good for small children. Drug activity and heavy traffic. Too many bums. Not safe to walk late at night. No grocery stores for at least a half a mile and pharmacies."
    • Christine
"Nothing unique . A lot of teenagers during school hours, waiting for buses. A lot of police down here. Heavy traffic "
    • Johanna
"It’s literally not safe to leisurely walk around. Especially after sunrise or before sunset. I would not recommend living here with a dog that requires a lot of outside exercise. "
    • Ixchiiestevez12
"The crime rate is higher than what is reported on the app, and there are always drug dealers hanging out around the neighborhood."
    • Shawn W.
"During the spring we have our annual neighborhood clean up day, where all the neighbors come out on a Saturday morning to come together as a community and make our neighborhood nice and clean. "
    • Sierra
"I’ll b moving to my new home on nov 30th ,2018. But when I went to go see the house I can jus tell that it’s a good calm Nd quiet neighborhood it also looks lik an elderly friendly type of block . Now I could be wrong but I’ll find out.
