"friendly and easy to get around. the scenery is amazing and there is so much to see and do year round"
  • Nikkole Trudeau
"If your dog is not social, it may be a bit overwhelming until your dog gets used to seeing people out walking their dogs…we came from Phx, not a lot of people out walking around. "
  • Jeeperc1971
"Less than 7 minutes from my door to the office. It’s getting longer though with construction and more traffic. "
  • Dmitriycatering
"Some what expensive but super nice place lakes fishing. Town food hmm but does get crazy when summer time lots coir of town people "
  • Lidia L.
"Don't waste your time or money. The place is overpriced and trashy. People are not nice to outsiders. Old broken down leaky vehicles are the norm and as a result a lot of pollution. "
  • Sherell Palmer
"Downtown CDA is a beautiful place. I love the local park. It’s very large and there is a beach there. My kids love. Downtown CDA has a lot of really cute shops and they do events downtown like oktoberfest. And they have cruises on the river such as the wine cruise or the north pole cruise to go see Santa. I took my kids on for the first time this year and they absolutely loved it."
  • Sherell Palmer
"I don’t know much about public transportation in the area but driving around CDA is not bad. Only the commute from Spokane or other areas into CDA during dinner hours gets really bad traffic. I try to ovoid travel out of town during those times. "
  • Lisa
"My family has lived in this neighborhood for 35 years raised their children and grand kids here. The area is quiet. Easy access to I-90 and local shopping. "
  • Wendyescobar40

  • Nicole G.
"Safe neighborhood, I don't worry about going out at night. Mostly quiet, my two loudest noise complaints would be helicopters and ambulance sirens. That's to be expected living so close to the hospital though. "
  • Rhm4cda
"Open space Haven on earth Friendly neighborhood Every one loves dogs Minimum number of cars in the neighborhood "
  • Paigegotbored
"Everything is 15-20 minutes away in town unless rush hour then it’s 25-30 minutes. If it’s close walking is nice because it’s such a beautiful area. "
  • Rhm4cda
"Excellent and highly progressive easy access and state of the art technology not overloaded with people"
  • Rachelannelisedelay

  • Nicole G.
