"There are families in our neighborhoods and many housing and NEW housing in the area. There are many different neighborhoods and areas in pikeville ranging from little trailer courts, housing on a land and housing neighborhoods. "

"Easy access to main roads for commuting. Very little ttraffic. Roads well maintained. Do recommend commuters be aware of wildlife in or near the roadways. "

"The area is very quiet, serene, friendly, and safe. It's a great area to raise a family, settle after years of working, or planning to build a family. My favorite part about this particular property is the backyard scenery. It makes you feel like you live in a vacation home and still gives you that sense of comfort. "
