Wow! This school is the best! The staff and leadership here make all of the difference. I have two girls at this school and I couldn't be happier. I also substitute in this school, as well as others in the area, and I can say that this school has professionals for teachers here with huge hearts and love of children. The teachers are excellently prepared for their positions, and never stop their learning. Rusch is called a great place to be, because it is a Great School!

As a child I went to a rural elementary school like Lewiston as well as my husband. Nothing compares to a little country school, the staff, the teachers, the kids and the parents are all wonderful and everyone knows everyone. All the teachers really care about the students and push them to be better. Love the school and love the staff. My two children have great love for all of the teachers and have great friends.

its good but it also has some flaws like how the chiken pattys arnt even real chiken pattys and most of the snacks are expired , i know if you give it a chance it might be nice but not that good of a place then you think .

I think there are some good teachers and some not so good teachers. I think the HS Administration is smart, I think the district Administration is lackluster at best. Two teachers at freshman orientation gave a very negative introduction to their classes (you're not going to like this class, but...) and it seems there are numerous attitude issues with students and faculty alike. On the other hand, there are some teachers who seem to be really engaging. After the fallout of Walker's and the District Administration's changes, there was much negativity in the district and I feel that's calmed down some, but remains. The school is making improvements I think, but not dramatic and all test score oriented.

My kids had a great experience at John Muir Elementary. The teachers were caring. There are lots of extra activities with a school this size. My kids especially enjoyed the safety patrol trip and the talent show. There were fun summer school classes. The teachers are quality, the LMC is remodeled, and there's lots of technology being used. There's been nice improvements in recent years.

Fantastic staff! Very compassionate and great academics! I love both of our children's teachers and the support staff! Also the special education teachers are amazing! Best decision we have ever made!
