There is a 40,000 BTU gas fireplace in the great room/living room. There is a 40,000 BTU gas fireplace in the master bedroom.There is a 20,000 BTU gas fireplace in the family plus a wood burning fireplace. Also in the family room is a whole wall of storage shelves and cabinets. You also have your own office space. The master bedroom is breathless along with patio doors out to the deck, a large bathroom complete with a spa tub and separate shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Then you travel on over to the Great Room / Living Room where there is another 40,000 BTU Gas Fireplace which then flows over to the dining area and extra large kitchen along with a large snack bar giving you the complete open concept. Your view looking out to the river from the living room/great room is amazing. You can sit on your deck in the morning with your coffee and just breath in the fresh air and watch the water flow by on the river. There is a 200 amp service. There is a 1,000 gallon and a 500 gallon lp tank that is owned by the sellers and will stay with the property. It is also almost surrounded by DNR property. Wildlife is all around you as well. As of June 2020 there have been several updates: New leaf guard gutters for a value of $5,000, life time warranty; exterior of home was powered washed and two coats of stain; new deck out the front by the driveway with roof over deck for leisure sitting outside; new doors on the front and back of house; plus home is handicap accessible.
