"There is a dog park and most owners are nice, polite, and responsible. My only issue has involved a neighboring dog who shares a fence with us in the backyard, causing them to try to fight through the fence (I.e., break it)."

"variable. from 30 - 90 minutes depending on, well nothing and everything. totally unpredictable. kamikaze drivers abound. no courtesy or consideration. where most drivers dont look past the car in front of them to make headway, this bunch doesnt look past their phone. turn signal? can't turn it on cuz my hands are full. vesides, turn signals are optional anyway."
