"It’s quiet. There is no HOA, yet everyone keeps their yard clean and mowed No trash anywhere on their property. Dogs on leashes when out of fenced yards for a walk. Everyone is friendly. "

"I don’t know how the ratings are good. It’s becoming unsafe. Only certain areas are safe. I am currently trying to get out where I live due to my neighborhood turning bad! It’s so sad. Nothing is open anymore; gets closed down. I could go on. "

"My neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks, the streets have holes and are old. Peoria in general is not well administered. But my neighborhood is kind of safe and good for families with kids. "

"Cleanup dumpster every year is always utilized. We close part of the street behind us every year for free festival with food and games. It’s always well attended. We recognize each other outside of the neighborhood and greet each other warmly. "

"It’s for the most part a quiet street, but there are a few in the neighborhood that don’t keep garbage picked up and don’t mow the lawn in the summertime. "

"Has a decent amount of families with children ages 5-14 years old. Most of the neighbour's are nice and keep to themselves. Watch out living to close to the side streets with 4-way intersections, about 70% of the traffic doesn't stop at the stop signs and a ton of the people who drive around this area speed."
