Cost to drill a well in the region of $25k. At an elevation of approx. 5800 - enjoy the 4 seasons. Summer temps average mid 80's, with cooler evenings, monsoonal rains in the summer. Short, fairly mild winters with abundant sunshine, a small amount of snow that disappears quickly. Most of the access is on a County maintained road (Old Hunt 5270), with just under 4 miles of non-maintained roads. At the time of listing the roads were good. We do recommend 4 wheel drive for the area, but people live in the area without it.

Students should not get let out for religious release at a public school. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI just graduated from this school, and I can confidently say hat this school is among the best! The teachers all care so much and will go out of their way to make a memorable experience. There are math and English reteach and special classes for all of the students who need extra help. At every school there are Also classes for special needs students including those with cerebral palsy and down syndrome! 10/10 would go again. All students are well taken care of and there is little to no bullying, as we are a "stop the bullying" community!Student Review3y ago
