Much easier to get As in other schools. Very few students make it to top colleges because of grading.Other Review2mo ago73 Reviews - Tom Matsumoto Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m very disappointed with the overall leadership at Tom Matsumoto Elementary School under Principal Gokcen Ceran. There is a clear pattern of poor communication, lack of follow-through, and failure to address serious concerns in a meaningful way. Issues are acknowledged but not resolved, and families are often left without answers or support. It creates an environment that feels disorganized and reactive instead of student-focused.Strong leadership sets the tone for a school, and unfortunately that is lacking here. When concerns about safety, access to instruction, and basic accountability are not handled effectively, it impacts the entire school community. At this point, it’s hard to see how things will improve without a significant change in leadership. The school community deserves better direction, transparency, and accountability than what is currently being provided.Parent Review1mo ago19 Reviews - Chaboya Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe experience is disappointing compared to the rating . Science in this school is very weak, and there is a concerning amount of students who vape here. This vaping issue is very hazardous, yet the school staff has done virtually nothing about it despite catching the students multiple times. It is the best middle school in evergreen, though, so if in evergreen this is your best option.Student Review9mo ago19 Reviews - Check out schools near Murillo Ave.

"It’s a great community but there’s a lot to do still to make it better . I think the city should provide a small subsidy to beautify the neighborhood eg. front yards and also enforce removal of junk from those houses that don’t do a good job to upkeep their curb appeal! "

"If I go south in the morning and north in the evening, I'm going against traffic and driving is a breeze. Going the opposite way, there is a ton of traffic and the travel time doubles or even triples. "
