Pretty little piece of the Ozarks on a paved road. There are several very level building sites just off the road, and the building site has been cleared recently. Look for photos to be posted on Monday. Although a septic system permit was issued in 2013, a new permit would need to be issued. As you move towards the creek, the property slopes considerably, but it's a great place to go exploring. Only minutes from Fairfield Bay's mountain biking and ATV trails, marina, golf courses and restaurants. Will confirm, but I believe this property is not restricted. The creek could be a seasonal creek, but it did have water in it when I looked at it, and it hadn't rained in a while. Possible view of the mountains with a little additional clearing! There is an old 10x15 storage building on the property. Live and play close to gorgeous Greers Ferry Lake. You could be in the water in minutes!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn 2008/09 a great school was put it on the down side. Special Ed kids were disciplined and hurt by state laws not being followed. the board did nothing. Now there is a new board, new principal and many new and younger teachers. The school stood behind teachers that had no business teaching children. One 3rd grade teacher is still there because of her friendships and not teaching ability. She has no business being in a classroom.
