"Indian Summer Park is a local housing community just north of Granite Falls off of the Jordan Road. No home owner fee's and no covenants, large culdesac, family friendly, close in to schools, services and recreational opportunities. Three community river access within the Indian Summer, very quiet family setting. Nature lovers paradise at its best!!, The gateway for the Monte Cristo, Ice Caves, large variety of song birds of the NW. You got Bald Eagles, Gold Finches, Flicker during their mating season, woodpeckers, butterfly's, humming birds dipping in, flocks of water fowl on a sunset journey's to roost nearby river. This area is very quiet, very little traffic noise but very close to all services. It has been a nice neighborhood to raise our child."

"This looked like a good place to live until in the last 1 1/2 years there have been multiple nieghborhood theafts. Cars, garages, etc... Not to mention the disgusting houses through out, dirty hoarding houses. Yards full of junk and people that would rather see you move out than listen to your complaints. We are moveing out."
