    12 acres +/- much of the west border is next to M127. There is a creek, it is swampy. It appears the property is landlocked. The rail road tracks are the east border. Zoned I- 1 light industrial. Listing agent does not know if it is buildable. Obviously access would have to be figured out. I accessed the property walking down the rail road tracks using my ON X hunting app.
