    About this House

What an incredible opportunity to acquire a premium hunting tract with a rich history. This amazing place has an incredible infrastructure of trails, roads, fencing, deer stands, feeders, storage, privacy, and topped off with an off-grid cabin. As you enter the wooded wonder by a locked gate off the well-maintained county gravel road, you are met with an ample and very established road system. This trail network meanders over numerous large oak flats and really highlights the phenomenal and gentle topography this farm possesses. A majority of the timber is of a marketable grade and consists mainly of white oak, this timber is of the most desirable, most profitable, and the most attractive to deer. The property boasts 6 ponds strategically placed to hold water and attract wildlife. Once used as a private hunting ranch, the fencing is still in place around the perimeter, has added hotwire around the base, has several solar panels in place, and has some excellent habitat for black bear, deer, turkey, and more! Miles of established trails get you to 4 separate food plots, dozens of stand locations, and endless saddles, draws, flats, ridges, and more to set up on your game of choice. In the heart of the farm is a rustic off-grid cabin that is complete with insulation, built-in cabinets, wood-burning stove, lights powered by generator, bunks, A/C, and even satellite. Just bring your generator or solar panel and you are ready for hunting camp. The camp is topped off by a skinning shed, a small barn, and a private setting that takes you away from the rest of the world. A water well is on-site as an added bonus. The ample ridge tops create a unique amount of level ground combined with gentle rolling hills, massive benches, valleys, and many other amazing features that create a world-class hunting setup. The perimeter of the property is not only completely fenced but also a 20' wide dozed lane surrounds it to make it very easy to maintain. The area is renowned for its concentration of deer and quality hog hunting. This hunting camp is like none you've seen, you don't want to miss it.

"I just moved her, but I have wonderful neighbors..!! Neighborhood is very clean and very safe..!! Everyone watches out after each other.. !!"
    • Jediknit
"Many yards are not fenced, so be prepared to either keep your pets, inside or chained up, until a fence can be built."
    • W_kristina
"This neighborhood is perfect for families. We live on a cul-de-sac which is ideal if you have small children. I know my neighbors by their first name and they are nice folks. "
    • Josephkelevra
"Very nice group of neighbors and generally quiet neighborhood. Just far enough out to be on the edge of town but still only 5 minutes away from most everything you need. "
    • Shelly A.
"Right next to an elementary school, close to the local park and soccer fields, close to a creek for fishing. Safe and quiet neighborhood."
    • Matt G.
"Lived in Harrison my whole life. Excellent, safe community."
    • mlcarter112
"I have lived here for 15 years. This is a great community and location. It is also close to town and the Buffalo River. "
    • Wesley
"I have lived in this community for 6 years now after relocating from MI. I find it peaceful and quiet and the people are all very friendly. I haven't experienced any negative issues. It is close to lots of entertainment including parks and hiking trails, mountains, the Buffalo River, waterfalls, rock formations, elk watching, and more as well as live theater in Branson and Springfield, MO and Fayetteville, AR, without the city living. The community has highly rated public schools and several private schools to choose from. Airports are close within 1/2 hour drive to Branson and smaller flights from Harrison itself. There are many opportunities for kids to get involved in community sports programs and the community youth center and youth theater. The community recently built a skate park and has regular festivals downtown and on the river. The community of Harrison is nicely situated between Jasper, Eureka Springs, Fayetteville and Mountain Home in AR and Missouri communities. Taxes are very low, property values are great compared to many other places. Crime rate is low and the community has law enforcement from city, county and state all within Harrison. Cost of living is low and salaries are competitive to many larger areas. "
