"i live in a rural area on a small road with neighbors and next to a river , 12 miles on a US highway from town"
    • Kimberli.koehler
"There is a great community here. If you moving here from a big city, it is very different. We moved from Texas and love being here!"
    • Theresa
"It’s friendly enough. Just watch your children, like any neighborhood there is creeps. And good people. There is only side walks in wealthy neighborhoods and if you live in those neighborhoods you can work out in the newest Recreation Center in town. Such a righteous community. "
    • Trross75
"Great group of friends we have met through golf. We have a weekly get together for dinner that runs between 10-15 couples! We love Pagosa!"

"This is a great place to take your kids and dogs on walks or to the park....there’s quite a bit of open space so picnics are nice too...my cons are that there is no light at night so evening walks can be dark...there are NO sidewalks either so that sucks but other that that it’s pretty neat and well groomed here"
