"You see people walking their dogs all the time, it’s very pet friendly. The downside is there is nowhere for dogs specifically, the grass is not super well kept and the dog poop is everywhere. "

"There are lots and lots of dogs in our neighborhood. Dog walkers are out around the neighborhood most of the day, but it really picks up in the late afternoon and early evening. Most yards here are small, so daily walks are important."

"We’re a small neighborhood and we look out for each other. Some of us are quiet and to ourselves, but we still look out for one another. Everyone has outside cameras so it’s easy for us to feel safe. We come together often to resolve issues"

"This neighborhood has a bad reputation because of the surrounding areas that are well lit with crime, but this neighborhood is actually very quiet, wholesome, friendly, and active. People go on walks and even bring their kids to walk with them. There aren’t very many people in this area that you don’t see on a regular basis. The people that live here are known well and are genuinely nice people all around. "

"This area is mostly elderly people and with the apartments “la casita” is not safe anymore, too many gunshots at night and during daylight. We need more police patrols in the area. "
