Best of both worlds! A 1996 Bonnevilla mobile home, we have 3+ bedrooms to offer, 2 baths, central air, slider door to back deck, newer appliances and flooring. Two approved wood burners to use, but also forced air gas (propane). All this on a 3.27 ac parcel. Forest service backs the property from the east. Trees have been thinned and many rock formations are easily seen. Hiking and four wheeling are encouraged as you can see Crazy Horse Mountain from the back of our property. One mile of a well maintained gravel road with dust control (road district in place $240/yr) ~ with easy access to the main highway going north or south. Three miles from City of Custer and eight miles from Hill City. Other items of interest are four storage sheds with one shed being 24 x 24 with heat and insulation. We also have a two stall
