"One of the most charming things about our neighborhood is that most kids bike or walk to school. It’s a wonderful way to start the day and build relationships in the community."

"Some dog owners have dogs off leash that shouldn’t be off leash because they are aggressive and/or aren’t under voice command. It’s just not safe. "

"Suburban park is a small slice of life back in the 1950s, where neighbors know each other, kids play on the streets, there's an active neighborhood association run by neighbors (for $30 / year), including monthly events. Very family friendly and safe and close to the park."

"There are only a few access points to the entire neighborhood, and given its proximity to Facebook and the main artery Willow road, entry and exit can be difficult during rush hour. If you bike, however, you can avoid all of this with the pedestrian bridge across highway 101!"

"I’m an original resident in the area. Since Facebook moved in, it’s been terrible. It takes 20 minutes to go a quarter mile in the morning just to get on the freeway. A ride to get groceries used to take 12 minutes takes an hour."
