A parcel of land in the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 14 South, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., County of El Paso, State of Colorado, containing 70 acres, more or less, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 9, thence Westerly along the North Section line a distance of 1.160 feet: thence Southerly along a line that is parallel to the East section line a distance of 2,640 feet. More or less, to the East West Quarter section line : thence Easterly along the East West Quarter section line a distance of 1.160 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 9; thence Northerly along the East section line a distance of 2,640 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Seller Will reserve a non-exclusive permanent easement that is 30 feet in width, running along the North side of the property, for purpose of egress and ingress from property owned by Seller legally described as the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Section 4, Township 14 South, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., County of El Paso, State of Colorado.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool needs to do better with transportation. My niece who is in kindergarten, has been dropped off at the wrong location. The paperwork was updated before the school year started. No adult was at the location to pick her up.The bus driver just left her there, she walked to a house where she saw a child.This child called her mom the mom spoke Spanish my niece speaks English. I’m grateful that the mom looked in her backpack and found my niece’s mom’s number.We tell our children not to talk to strangers but what are they to do when the school district loses your child?My niece is frightened to return to school.This happened again the next day, with my nephew, he is also in kindergarten. He spoke up, told the teacher and the bus driver he had to be on a different bus and yet they put him on the wrong bus.The staff needs to get their act together. This little one’s do not feel safe. Our kids could have ended up in the wrong hands, attacked by a dog or bitten by a snake. I’m so disappointed with the lack of communication.Other Review1y ago - Ellicott Senior High School

I did not realize how bad the school was until I went to college and talked to other people about their high school experiences and comparing the two, Ellicott was pretty terrible. There was little preparation for college or real life. There are some good teachers there that cared and wanted to be there, there were also quite a few teachers who were just trying to get their foot in the door to teaching so they could work at better schools (cant blame them). Because there was a turnover of teachers there was not the consistency and care for the community that there seems to be at neighboring schools. Another area the school lacks in is schools spirit, when traveling to other schools for any sort of game, the student sections were large and loud and cared about the teams winning.
