About this House

1850138. Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in our home. COMPLETELY furnished including dishes, flatware and linens. Full bath, kitchenette (no stove/oven), living room, bedroom. The bedroom currently has a twin bed but we can get a larger one, depending on length of lease. Youd have a separate entrance and a door that locks between our area and yoursa. All utilities including cable and high speed internet included. 1 block from bus. We are a couple in our 50s, have 2 dogs (a golden retriever and a shih tsu) and a cat (black) and one adult daughter still living at home and going to school. We live a quiet life and are looking for a roommate who is similar. Our home is in a nice, residential neighborhood on a large, partially wooded lot. There is parking available in the driveway.     "I don’t see as many families in the new multi-level apartment buildings (the high rises). There are some families living downtown, but they might be in condos. The west and east sides outside the square and campus housing have many more families. Downtown is great for the children’s museum, farmers market, and monona terrace has live music, etc. sometimes. Outside of the square, there are nice parks for kids and families with play sets and beaches."
