      "Every summer we hold a block party with live music. The YMCA is very close and holds events all year. Our city does fireworks in Independence Day. The downtown area does a two-block Christmas light display in the winter and has a small outdoor skating rink. We have multiple lavender festivals and craft fairs and a yearly county fair."

Walking distance to a grocery store and a few restaurants, also event center. ie Caldwell Night Rodeo Grounds, O'Connor's and Simplot Stadium."
