(c) Any use similar in nature to a use permitted in this district (but not a conditionally permitted use), pursuant to the following standards shall be considered by the planning commission in determining whether a use is similar to a permitted use and if so, conditionally permitted within this district:
(1) The nature, predominant characteristics, and intensity of the proposed use in relation to those uses listed as permitted in this district; and
(2) The size, dimensional requirements, parking requirements, traffic generation potential, and other regulatory considerations normally associated with those uses listed as permitted in this district.
If the planning commission determines that the proposed use is a similar use, then such use will be deemed to be conditionally permitted and subject to the conditional use procedures set forth in Chapter 1149.

I attended this school and was having issues in a few classes and had so much help from the teachers. They went above and beyond to help me understand what I was doing. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe bullying at the school reaches astounding new levels and the bully’s are shown privilege. majority rules here and the teachers are just as much clicked up as the students. No regard for what’s right or wrong. Most staff shown extreme bias to the popular kids (usually staff family) they don’t really care or show any compassion to anyone that isn’t from Windham. Staff members lie and abuse their authority very often, especially office admin. Your kids aren’t safe at this school!! They are also academically failing your students, look at the test scores and the school report cards, Windham is absolutely on the lower end for a reason.Parent Review1y ago
